We offer and create a range of training workshops that are delivered by zoom or in person. We map out a series of key learnings that are taking you towards your goals and help you understand what those goals are. Workshops are between one hour and a full day depending on the strategy we create. Virtual sessions are delivered live and recorded. All recordings are placed in a learning hub where your people can access them or revisit them at any time.
Your people will be able to have access to a coach or therapist to be able to deal with their personal and work challenges in complete confidence. Surgeries are blocks of time reserved for your business where anyone in any team can book in for a session. We cover all the admin and support you in the marketing of these sessions to ensure there is a good uptake. Sessions can be between 30-50 mins and we help you understand the best way to structure the time for your people to get the best from them.
